Joshna never pre-judges a situation or problem. She really listens, she understands, she thinks through and then she questions. Joshna’s methodology and her collaborative process always gets to the root of the situation and allows for effective solutions. She is considered in her approach but always clear and honest in her communication with colleagues and clients.
While Joshna works well in structured engagements, she is equally able to work with unstructured and vague projects with multiple issues where simplification, evaluation and possibly a way forward is required. She also has the unique ability to both work at a strategic high level, but also be able to get down into and sort out detail when required.
Joshna has had over ten years’ experience in Chartered Accountancy. She has managed business advisory teams and clients for over seven years, and concurrently obtained significant corporate finance experience in due diligence and valuation work and this is her current passion. She has advanced analytical skills and has been involved in evaluating capital raising opportunities for venture capital and early stage growth businesses. Joshna has also more recently been involved in litigation support engagements, and is growing her experience and capabilities in this area.
