Karaka Million Charity Dinner for Rotary

Gilligan Sheppard supported an event held at the Ellerslie Racecourse by entertaining guests with a charity dinner at the Karaka Million Twilight Meeting. The all-day gala included a red-carpet experience featuring celebrities, a charity auction, business matching, fashion show and a cross-culture Chinese New Year celebration dinner.
The auction raised NZ$13,900 for the Rotary Club of Auckland. Gilligan Sheppard’s guest Scarlet Wood won the best dressed lady of the night (see picture below).
The Chinese Jockey Club also enjoyed the highlight of being founded during the event and ‘cut the ribbon’ to celebrate.
