Spotlight Reporting

In order for us to focus on what really matters to your bottom line, we need to be able to delve deep into your company’s performance, this allows us to have those essential and board conversations with you, so that you can make the best decisions for your business.

Spotlight reporting is a cloud-based software that sheds light on basically everything you need to know about the company’s accomplishments – both financial and non-financial comprehensive reports.

The reports include full three-way forecasting, customisable dashboards and advanced consolidated reports for multi-entity businesses and franchises.

The best thing about it is that it takes all the accounting jargon
and translates it to everyday language.

The suite is built around four modules; reporting, historical management, forecasting and dashboards that are all fed by live data from bookkeeping systems such as Xero, MYOB, Sage 50 or QuickBooks, which can be analysed and presented together with data from other sources such as Google Analytics and Workflow Max.

Reporting

Nothing worse than making a regretful business decision. We have all been there once. Well, probably before all this seamless technology and reporting software were born.

So, the reporting part of spotlight reporting, like a dream, combines up to 50 organisations with multiple currencies.

It has a massive chart gallery with customisation including a cash waterfall chart to visualise cash-ins and outs to monitor liquidity.

Understanding of this stuff really helps you to make the right calls for your business.

Forecasting

Great budgeting and cash flow forecasting can mean the difference between business success and failure (we have seen this many times before) But we can easily import data from scratch to provide full three-way forecasting with flexible rules and great outputs, perfect for the Bank and Board. You can select or create your own ‘what if?’ scenario – something we usually get our clients to think about, because, if there is a likelihood of change in circumstance, there must be a plan.

Visual dashboards

Dashboards supply an instant snapshot of business performance to enable you to focus on what really matters. Get a full view with financial and non-financial KPI reporting.

Multi Entity

Franchises, not for profits and industry specialists – allows you to aggregate, rank and benchmark. It’s a specialist tool where comparisons are key. Consolidated view of up to 500 organisations with anonymised rankings and KPIs for sharing with Franchisees and Branches.

Personal Wealth

With the Personal Wealth option ‘my prosperity’ in Spotlight Reporting, we can supply reports on personal assets, outgoings and investments. It can be combined with existing financial reports to give a full picture of your financial position. Myprosperity is designed for high net worth family groups who want to keep track of all their assets and investments so they can make good investment decisions.
