Samantha Sinclair

Statutory Admin and Administration Management

Samantha Sinclair is a recent graduate from Victoria University of Wellington where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in English literature, theatre, and film. Prior to joining the corporate world, Sam has worked in retail, hospitality, and farming industries. She has always enjoyed applying her approachable nature and helping people wherever she can with the work she does.

Sam enjoys the variety of things she learns at GS every day and working here has shown her that there can be a quirky side to the chaos of the corporate world!

Being a newbie to the city, Sam has loved slowly getting to know Auckland more and more, adventuring to different parts of the area whenever she gets the chance. Her favorite place so far is the Michael Joseph Savage Memorial at Bastion Point and the views of Rangitoto from Mission Bay. Next up on the ‘to see’ list is Waiheke Island.

Though she appreciates Auckland, she also looks forward to any excuse to head back to her hometown Dargaville to visit her family, including all six farm dogs and her Labrador Roxy (who thinks she’s a farm dog). Helping out on the farm has been a huge part of Sam’s life, so it is fair to say, you can take the girl out of the farm, but you can’t take the farm out of the girl.

When Sam is not at work (or up north), you’ll find her curled up on the couch reading a book or binge watching tv shows and films. At the moment, The Office (US), Modern Family, and New Girl are the most popular at the flat!
