Nicola Price

Nicola Price joined Gilligan Sheppard in February 2020 with six years’ experience working in CA firms. She wanted a role that would both challenge her, and provide a healthy work-life balance. Nicola is thrilled to be a part of a firm who truly understands and values their people, while providing new challenges for growth every day.

Nicola works between two divisions at GS – in both the BAS and VAS team. This keeps her busy having to manage compliance work as well as taking on advisory projects.

Nicola holds a Bachelor in Accountancy from Massey University and has been a Xero Certified Advisor since 2013.

Nicola values honesty, integrity, and believes communication and trust are the core foundations for any relationship. She enjoys getting to know the person behind the business.

Outside of work Nicola enjoys dancing, painting and getting out in nature to explore.

When time allows for it, she loves going travelling to experience new cultures and trying new things.

She believes the most important thing you can take from life is the connections you make with the people around you. Always opt to spend more quality time with friends and family. Forgive easily and always push yourself a little further to make someone else’s day easier.
