Antoinette Cole


Antoinette is the first friendly face you will see when you walk through the office. She brings experience from the hospitality and retail sectors to her role as our Receptionist at GS. With a background as a store manager and previous positions as a waitress, barista, and bartender, she has honed her customer service skills and her ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Seeking a change of pace and an entry point into the corporate world, Antoinette was drawn to the warm and inviting atmosphere at Gilligan Sheppard, which she believes is different from other firms. Embracing the opportunity to dip into a new field, she has really enjoyed training with various computer programs and has found fulfilment in interacting with her awesome colleagues and clients alike.

Driven by her passion for people and her love of learning, Antoinette values the diverse perspectives and knowledge that each individual brings to the table. She loves a new challenge to perfect something and is quick to pick up new skills to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Outside of work, I’m always trying something new or picking up a different hobby. One of my favorites is sewing garments from scratch. I love the feeling of a challenging project that I can take my time to work on and enjoy the fruits of my labour with something new for my wardrobe. 

You’ll also find me going to concerts, hanging out with friends and trying new restaurants with my partner. As a foodie, it’s a dream of mine to travel the world experiencing all the different cuisines. I’d consider myself as an “at home espresso artist” (which comes in handy making client coffees), and soon I will have perfected latte art, so stay tuned for beautiful pictures on your coffee! I’m a big cat person and cannot wait to adopt one of our own.
