Kathy Xiong has more than 10 years’ business advisory experience. This is both here in New Zealand as an accountant and previously in China at the China Construction Bank.
As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Kathy’s expertise is in financial reporting, taxation planning, business forecasting, trust formation and administration. She has worked with several businesses across a variety of industries. Her clients range from the self-employed through to multi-million dollar turnover businesses.
Kathy Xiong has a piece of advice when businesses want to deal with China. Try and understand their culture, environment as well as their legislation.
Of course, it works both ways. Anyone from China wanting to do business in New Zealand also needs to go about it the right way.
Away from the office Kathy enjoys travelling, reading, cooking, but most of all, time with family and friends.
