He is a leading NZ expert of outsourcing because he is instrumental in setting up an Indian accounting outsource operations. He has assisted many NZ and Australian firms who in conclusion, changed their approach to resourcing.
Greg Rathbun is a consultant with Gilligan Sheppard specialising in business valuations, strategy and dispute resolutions in addition to property syndications.
He has continued with his trustee and directorships, running various property projects he’s involved with. He is also pursuing some private business interests. Greg is an outsourcing coach and hence a leading authority in how to successfully outsource compliance in Australasian accounting practices.
Greg describes Gilligan Sheppard as a bunch of hunter-gatherer cave dwellers. There’s those who sit in the cave (a fairly luxurious cave) and make it a functioning base. While others head out into the wilderness to nobble a brontosaurus and bring it back for the others to cook.
“I thank you for the opportunity to work with you over the years. Because I must say I’ve had a fantastic time. Gilligan Sheppard is most of all, an amazing environment to work.”
Greg continues to work out of the Gilligan Sheppard offices. Lucky for us this will therefore ensure continuity in our relationship with you.
In his spare time, he’s been known to catch the odd fish and celebrate the odd Warriors’ win.
